When I first began my Sensitography theatre gig, I admittedly thought about doing what all previous theatre photographers had done: charge the cast, crew and families for any images they wanted to post or print. But I scrapped the idea for umpteen reasons, not the least of which is that the money thing felt over-the-top crass and over-the-top wrong. Now I simply provide my images to the theatre. And I also post them on my website so you can freely download and post/print them to your heart's content. And that makes my heart content. Just as it makes me feel more a part of the theatre community that I love so much.
Just be sure to click on a thumbnail image below so it opens nice and big. And you can then see (and save) it the way it was meant to be seen.
I know theatre and I know photography. Most importantly I know how to shoot live theatre... how to capture the energy and emotion of a play so that others will want to be there to see it themselves.
